Pokemon Ultimate Duel [Unity]
Hello good! Well, another project I bring to see if more
people are encouraged to try games from other platforms: Pokémon
Ultimate Duel.
This is a
VERY Gwent inspired card game but with a Pokémon theme. The objective is
to have more points than the rival at the end of the game. This is
divided into two rounds that are made up of turns in which each player
can only play one card from their hand. Lowering it to the battlefield
earns you points and can also have an effect on other cards on the
battlefield. Defeating an enemy card gives extra points, which benefits
the player. To do this, we must reduce its HP to zero (each card will
have a specific HP, as well as an attack that we must take into
account).
There are 2
types of attacks: close range and long range. Short-range ones can't
attack long-range ones, but they will do more damage when lowering and
hitting. In addition, there are skill cards that allow us to attack
enemies or heal allies without having to lower a card (although that
means fewer points at the end of the turn).
It will have 1J game and online multiplayer.
The game is playable right now but it is in a very alpha state, here you can see a screenshot:
